There seems to be a huge amount of sophistication for some specific fields (date, to, and from) but… is there only one configurable template per use-case ? I was expecting to be able to program a catalog of canned responses, choosing one of many (like some other extensions around). It looks like in each scenario (new message, response,…) there is one and only one template.
Arbitrary variables (prompting the user for a value) are missing too, not to mention values recovered in a remote system/CMS.
Translations are incomplete, and windows need to be enlarged in some cases to see whole.

Great addon. I would love to have the notes stored as emal headers on the IMAP server so that several people mounting the mailbox share the notes (use case : support team, avoiding simultaneous access).
It did crash TB 102.7.1 until I removed the storage folder so it got started fresh.

The concept seems great. On Thunderbird 102.7.1 though, diplaying a mail involves the display of the note visibly three times.
Also what I am looking for is notes that are stored in the message's header on the IMAP server, so that notes are visible and shared amongst people handling an inbox. It would be great if this be an option in the « storage path » section of the addon Preferences.
