How can I sync Google contacts Groups or labels with TB defaults Address book?

Is there a possibility to have Persian calendar in Thunderbird's main Calendar and task also?
If there is a little fund for doing this.

Google Chat Tab

There are two problems with Google chat tab

1. The notifications can not be activated in TB Tab
2. when start Google Meet there is a message, for allowing Mic and camera, but there is no option in the window to do this.
