Shrunked Image Resizer

Continuing with my previous review, the "Offer to resize image attachment when I send email" option doesn't work either. It still makes the offer at the instant the image is attached.

I conjecture that none of the "Advanced" options work. Those are the settings that can be changed only in the Add-Ons Manager and can't be changed in the add-on itself.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.5.5).  Aseqdac-agi ɣur-s acegger yezrin n uzegrir-agi.

Shrunked Image Resizer

It resizes image OK, but it discards EXIF metadata, regardless of the "Transfer EXIF data" setting.

Also, the "Automatically rotate images" setting appears not to do anything. I assumed that it would rotate the image data according to the EXIF orientation tag, but it doesn't.

Consequently, this add-on is useless for sending images whose orientation is defined by the EXIF tag, such as smartphone photos in vertical orientation. Those photos end up sideways.

Running Thunderbird 68.9.0 on Windows 10.
