Email CRM turns your existing Thunderbird contacts into a lightweight CRM — no external servers, no subscription. All data stays local in your Thunderbird profile.

- Click the Open CRM button in the main toolbar to open the CRM tab.
- Contacts appear as cards in a pipeline (New → Contacted → Offer sent → Customer). Drag a card between columns to change its status.
- Click a card to open its detail panel: timeline (calls, meetings, notes, sent/received emails), next action, and reminders with due dates.
- When you send an email to a known contact, the action is logged automatically and a popup asks what to record (offer sent, waiting for reply, or a custom note).
- The Add to CRM button above an open message links that sender.
- Contacts are also collected from your email correspondence, not only from the address book.
