Lets you switch DOM Inspector to an over/under vertical layout instead of the usual side-by-side panel layout. This can make it easier to read long values (like CSS rules) and to navigate deeply-nested tree structures.
This add-on doesn't do anything unless you have DOM Inspector installed too.
