that is just perfect addon...i love it.
but when i upgraded to last version...it switches immediately to the new opened tab...how can i control that?????

You should double check the settings. Go to "Tools > Add-ons", and in the list select Speed Dial, then click on the "Options" button. In this dialog ("Speed Dial Options"), go to the "Controls" section, and you can configure anything there, like "Open in new tab", and "Open in background tab".
