***** Correcting my previous review after getting help from Eyal.
I needed to uncheck the size check in the Addon Preferences. It appears that message size can change by the compaction algorithm or when copying messages.

similar here: NOT working for folder with SENT messages, although "Skip Special Folders" is not checked. Appears to work for other folders containing messages to me. I added, restarted and went to tools to run this duplicate remover and it said NO duplicates found, even though I am staring right at them. Thunderbird version 60.9.0 (64bit)
