I started as Mozilla Suite user. And became a religious Phoenix user in its early days. Phoenix changed its name to Firebird and then to Firefox. And I continue to be a religious Mozilla user.

Preserve Download Modification Timestamp

After 15+ years of this bug in browsers finally we have some thing to fix it. This solves preserving modified time stamp when downloading (I wish Mozilla fix Bug 178506).
Another part of the problem is preserving modified time stamp when uploading file (Bug 549253)
