FoxLingo is a *fantastic* plugin - intuitive to use, broad in the number of translators that it offers, etc. Before you install it, though, you should know that it's got some kind of conflict with the TrackMeNot extension that disables it.

For years I've been just floored that TB doesn't have this basic functionality - something that's been built into Pegasus for at least a decade. This is helpful for a bunch of reasons, but especially if you have multiple accounts getting forwarded into a single account that you download from or sync to. Great extension, works as described.
