I highly recommend the fabulous NewScrollbars (aka NoiaScrollbars) together with your Noia 4 theme.

my favorite theme is: Metal Lion ~ 300

This Theme is awesome its one of my favs even though I'm not a lover of green this Theme's colour is stunning,and clean, and clear easy read Txt,
the patterns are beautiful... the colour along with the patterns compliment each other perfectly... don't take my word for it, see for yourself :)
plus I had no problems with this theme at all,
so thank you Frank for a job well done :)
