WebExtension implementation of the original add-on by Fabrice Desré and Colin Guthrie.
This replaces earlier releases by the original authors and a "fixed version" which existed for Thunderbird 68–73.

The add-on adds a button to the message header pane. Clicking the button will display the current bug information, that is, status, assignee, etc.
