Duh. My kitty wasn't moving. I went into my add-ons to make sure he was enabled. He was, so I tried disabling then enabling, and his tail works now. Sorry for the not good review.

About the second day I has this add-on installed his tail quit moving. Not sure if I did something to cause it. Really cute when his (her) tails moves.
