No Tooltip Timeout

Webpages title attribute tooltips habitually disappear after 5 seconds. This add-on makes them stay visible forever (as long as the mouse cursor is hovering the element).

Especially useful for sites making use of big tooltips like xkcd.

Update: Since the underlying bug has been fixed, this addon won't be marked as compatible with Firefox 3.6 and other future versions.

This is a workaround until bug 395668 [1] gets fixed.
