Thanks to CN_Ricky for pointing out the issue. The location Bar (Awesome Bar) appears when focused on the password input field and, for me, it goes away after I make a dummy click. Then I can click on the Sign In or equivalent button. This is painful for the user. I guess that this may be a choice, by design, to make the user know where the user is, as a reminder, before entering the password. If so, this is good. However, the location bar should automatically go away, after sometime, before the user clicks on the Sign In or equivalent button.

The add-on works as mentioned. However, I look forward to lots of improvements.
On Firefox 5 beta, after installing this add-on, there is no response when clicked on Add-ons in the Menu. So now the only option is to use about:addons. Tab bar color (including App Tab) should indicate that I am in a secured site.

Why is version 2.0.5 compatible with Firefox 5.0a2 and not with Firefox 5.0 beta channel?
