Thanks for this great extension, many Fx users will be very grateful for this add-on once Firefox 14.0 is released on or shortly after 2012-07-17.

Note: The reason I suggest this is that I have quite extensive bug report for CSTB v1.0.7pre2.(Using Large Icon Mode setting and 2 add-on Incompatibles that break CSTB v1.0.7pre2 on Nightly Fx14.0a1).

OK, I done some testing and here's what I observed and I made provided some suggestion Ideas.
For those that place Toolbar buttons on the 'Menu Bar' you may want to Add a (Disable or Enable) option:
Menu Bar Toolbar buttons = (CSS Id: #toolbar-menubar)
Note: If you do add the 'Menu Bar Toolbar option' you may want to exclude button syling for the 'Menu Bar's menu items(Ex: File, Edit, view, Bookmarks, Tools, etc...) = (CSS Id: #menubar-items).
You may need to enhance the Bookmarks Toolbar option, like this:
Bookmarks Toolbar:
1st - (Disable or Enable) option:
Bookmarks Items & Folders = (CSS Id: #PlacesToolbarItems)
2nd - (Disable or Enable) option:
Default & Add-on Toolbar buttons(v1.0.7pre isn't currently applying any button styling)
Note: The '(CSS Id: #PlacesToolbarItems)' is customizable and can be moved & placed on any toolbar even on the Add-on Bar, using Fx Customize Toolbar Palette.
So, you may need to do the options this way:
1.) Menu Bar Toolbar Buttons = (CSS Id: #toolbar-menubar)
2.) Navigation Toolbar buttons
3.) Bookmarks Toolbar buttons(v1.0.7pre isn't currently applying any button styling)
4.) Bookmarks Items & Folders = (CSS Id: #PlacesToolbarItems)

Note: You may want to keep an eye out for 'Bug 735691 - Make toolbar buttons border-less in the default state'. It should land in tomorrows Nightly 14.0a1 build.

This is regards to the added features(Add-on Bar, Bookmarks Toolbar) provided in your CSTBB v1.0.6mods you mentioned in your Reviews replies.
Would you consider in the next version 1.0.7? to provide an option dialog window with the options to 'Disable or Enable' the effect of your add-on for toolbar buttons?
On the:
1.) Navigation Toolbar
2.) Bookmarks Toolbar
3.) Add-on Bar

About Startup

I know this isn't probably the proper place to report a bug, but there is no contact info on Mike Hommey web site and no support link for the About Startup Add-on on it's AMO page.
So, I'm using WinXp 32bit SP3, Tested on Fx10b4, Aurora 11.0a2 and Nightly 12.0a1, ever since updating About Startup 0.1.5 to 0.1.6 on 2012/01/10, I have been getting "undefined variables" in the about:startup results.

Note: Reverting back to About Startup 0.1.5 fixes the problem...

Just tested the latest version 1.0.5 with support for "L.A.R Grizzly toolbar-button-icons themes" it works and looks great. I'm glad that you took on the goal of fixing the border-less look of the toolbar buttons in small icons mode on Fx 8 and later.

Disable Add-on Compatibility Checks

Works Great even with the new add-ons default to compatible feature on the latest Fx(Nightly). This extension allows me to enable incompatible themes, since themes are excluded from the default to compatible feature on the latest Fx(Nightly).

Great work with the latest updated version, the only thing keeping me from using it my self is the fact that it overrides the colored toolbar button icons of L.A.R Grizzly toolbar button icons themes:

Maybe you could have the extension provide an Option for it not to change or effect the default toolbar buttons icons color?

Works great and excellent new addition to Firefox Add-ons on AMO....For me cleaning up the left over preferences of 10 or more Add-ons gave my first run Fx Startup a 10% performance boost from my previous about:startup variables.
I also agree with what 'Foxtail' stated in his review below, for me to identify some of the add-ons in the list eCleaner provides I had to paste the add-ons {GUID} or abr.(name) here:

Since Mozilla removed "Hovered Link URL Previews" from Address Bar in Firefox 4 Beta 12 and moved them to Status Display at bottom of screen....

Firefox 3.6 Crash/Freeze Fix: Under FoxyTunes settings ,Configuration, disable: Add Foxy Player to Web Pages. Once I updated to new version of FoxyTunes with this new feature enabled by default, FIREFOX WOULD EITHER CRASH OR FREEZE, but stopped once disabled.
