Fantastic. Got it working fine with version 10.0 by following instructions found here (change it to 10.0): https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/startupmaster/reviews/329813/

@ dondon22 ... you have to change this option for it to quit if you click on cancel. Go to Tools > Addons > Select the addon, click on options and tick the appropriate box :)

Works perfectly with TB3.0.3; great job as usual. Thank you :D
