Make the default message list action be "Open Message in Conversation" when double-clicking or using the "Enter" key to open an email from the message list.
Old (classic) Icons
This replaces the new monochrome icons with the old/classic colorful icons. Uses the code from Phoenity Icons and the graphics from older Thunderbird versions.
