Display whether a profile is located on a local drive or on a network drive. This currently works on Thunderbird trunk (3.3) builds on Windows and Linux, and on Thunderbird 3.1 builds on Windows.

The extension will most likely crash an unofficial, unsupported Thunderbird 3.1 x86-64 Windows build. Official builds (downloaded from mozilla.org or mozillamessaging.com) will work fine.
