Image Zoom (ugly fixes)

ఈ పొడగింత గురించి

This add-on is an ugly attempt at fixing Image Zoom version 0.6.3.1-signed.1-signed.

Version 0.1.1 should fix the everything-is-not-working-anymore issue

--

The fixing addresses two issues:

#33 / #34 (images being cropped on top when zoomed)
#23 (right clicking sets width and height styles)

Two questions you might ask:

It seems ugly, should I even try to use this add-on?

Yup, most definitely. If one of those issues is blocking you, this add-on will provide you a work-ish version where the original add-on just doesn't work anymore, without changing anything else.

Why so ugly tho?

Because the original add-on is old and need to be fully rewritten to fit with the current Firefox UI and current add-on API. Those fixes don't even try to improve that situation, they just provide a most lazy way to make the original add-on survive a bit longer. Also those fixes will only work on the typical basic cases. As soon as it get complicated they won't do any much more than the original add-on. And finally, yeah... the code is just ugly, let's be honest here.

As soon as somebody decides to take over the original add-on and do a better job at fixing it or rewriting it, this add-on will disappear.
