What NC Connector covers

File sharing with password protection, expiration date, and optional separate password delivery
Create and update Talk meetings directly from calendar events
Attachment automation with clear rules instead of manual individual steps
Consistent sharing and invitation blocks directly within the familiar workflow

Optional with Nextcloud backend
Nextcloud App Store

Backend needs Addon Version >=3.0.0
Central seat assignment and policy management
Custom templates and designs for shares and Talk invitations
Separate password delivery and central control for organizations
1 seat corresponds to 1 Nextcloud user

The add-ons remain fully usable without the backend. With the backend, centralized control for teams and organizations is added.
