For may years this add-on distributed the official Mozilla dictionary. This dictionary is now available at:
https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/english-us-dictionary/
Now the dictionary source is the fine dictionary maintained by Marco Pinto:
https://github.com/marcoagpinto/aoo-mozilla-en-dict
UDATE: Initial problems with the new dictionary were fixed in version 2026.3.7.
