Toodledo Sync allow you to define lists of contexts, folders... Then adds these usefull fields to the message compose window, allowing an easy transformation of mails to Toodledo tasks.
You'll find all the details for the setup (don't be afraid is a matter of 2 minutes) on my website, but here's a quick steps how-to :
- Obviously, you need a Toodledo account (free or pro)
- In this account, you have to activate the mail gateway (Tools, More..., Email Import/export)
- Then, you have (unnecessary in a future ToodledoSync version) to define in Thunderbird the contexts, folders... that you use in Toodledo.
- That's all. From now on, when you'll compose a message to you toodledo mail gateway, all Toodledo fields will appear in the compose window, just choose what you want and click send, boom your mail is now a Toodledo task.
