The preferences this extension exposes applies to all accounts. I could not find any documentation and was unable to find a preference that allows per account customization.

UPDATE: As of Thunderbird 5.0, this add-on is useless. The preferences it exposes are now available under Tools > Account Settings > [account] > Copies & Folders > Message Archives > Archive options...

A known bug exists that adds extra space to the preference pane when the tab provided by this extension is in focus. It does not affect functionality.
