Adds 7,500+ medical terms to the standard US English dictionary. Enabled by right clicking on a textarea, selecting "Languages" then "English (Medical)". For use in Firefox, Thunderbird and SeaMonkey.

There are two Google UK addons for Firefox floating around - the other addon will always return only pages from the UK. This is the addon you want if you want your Firefox search to behave like it should if you were to go to Google.co.uk.
