With RT Archive Email extension for Thunderbird, you can archive an email from your mailbox directly to a record in your CRM.

You can choose to archive emails with different modules (Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Leads, or Projects).
Just add the extension to Thunderbird, sign in with your CRM instance, and you are good to go.

Compatible with SuiteCRM version 7 up to version 8.4.2.
When prompted to enter your CRM's URL, make sure it does not contain "/index.php".
Correct: crm.example.com Incorrect: crm.example.com/index.php
