* Made '-' the default separator (by request).
* Added a preferences dialog.
* Show the correct title on documents that don't have a hostname set (like
about:config).
* Show the correct title on documents that don't have a title set but do have
a hostname.
* Changed the word 'delimiter' to 'separator' because from an implementation
point of view more than one character may be used for the 'separator', so
that word made more sense to use. This also makes the options dialog more
powerful for users because they can use a string as separator.
