The update does work, thank you Jonathan Protzenko!
I found you had to download v1.2.0pre3 and install manually using Tools → Add-ons → Extensions then Install Add-on From File which is under the Setting Icon.

Doesn't work on Thunderbird 60.0 under Linux. The folder pane field is empty.

Здравствуйте.
Не работает данное дополнения с 60 версией. Не видит ни учётных записей, ни папок. В 50 версии работает.

Działa !!! w końcu tylko trzeba ręcznie zainstalować przeciagając plik do działu dodatki :)) trzeba pobrać wersje v1.2.0pre3 i bez problemu chodzi nawet po aktualizacji najnowszej thunderbirda :))) tylko odpalamy go nie w dziale dodatki jak wcześniej tylko podswietlamy podkatalog dodatki i go tam wybieramy :))) a już myślałem że to koniec thunderbirda :)

It doesn't work on TB60.2.1 running on Windows 10 Enterprise. Panel empty!

I've tried all these things and studied Github and with every attempt I get the "file corrupt" crap. Can anyone help me? Please????

This fix works great in TBird 60.0 (32 bit), which I run on Windows 7 PRO (64 bit SP1).

Is there a way to make this extension work with portable version of Thunderbird?

Anyway, great extension that I have always used with the standard version!

@Harry, Yes, I've had email open on two computers, also, though I don't know whether it might create a security warning from the provider, or just synchronize the accounts.

It is working as expected in TB 52.9.1 on Linux Mint/Ubuntu as well as on Linux CentOS 7. It doesn't work on Window with TB 60. With TB60 none of my mail accounts is listet!

PLEASE fix this for TB60 ASAP or can you tell us when it might be fixed?

Can people please write the author and ask for this to be updated for use with TB 60 (linux)?
I wish Mozilla would add this as a feature so we wouldn't need an addon.
