install 95.3 and it's fixed

This was working GREAT for loong time now.
With latest update (TB 128.3.3, CardBook 95.2) I simply can't SEND mails any more, as long as the CardBook Extension is enabled. Diasabling it allows TB to send mail again.
Pleas Fix as soon as possible
after the available 95.5, a new version is instance of approbation which fix most the known bugs (95.6 here :https://addons.thunderbird.net/fr/developers/addon/cardbook/versions/2491083)

The latest Carbook update (version 95.2) has unfortunately been a significant step backward. It fails to sync with CardDav servers and has major authentication issues. Even when I manage to add addresses to Cardbook, trying to send an email results in the send button becoming disabled, leaving emails unsent. This needs an urgent patch or a rollback to the previous version.

Bonjour,
Merci pour votre travail que j'apprécie beaucoup. Mais depuis la dernière mise à jour de Thunderbird 128.3.3.esr, j'ai l'impression que CardBook empêche l'envoie des mails, quel que soit le compte mail utilisé. J'ai enlevé toutes les extensions et les ai remises une à une. Seul Cardbook semble bloquer l'envoi des mails. Avez-vous une explication et une solution ?

The CardBook extension is a vast improvement over the integrated TB address book.
However, there is one MAJOR gripe and that is that CardBook *still* refuses to import VCF 2.1 contact records.
As many phones, including the current crop of Android phones, still export contact records in VCF 2.1 format, this is a major source of irritation for an otherwise excellent tool.

Very cool - allowed me to sync my Google Workspace company directory contacts. Something which Thunderbird doesn't do natively

Super Add-on funktioniert gut. Einziger Nachteil, wenn der Tagesplan ausgeschaltet wird ist er in jedem Tab (E-Mail und Kalender) weg. Ist bei dem Original TB Adressebuch nicht so.

whenever it syncs all contacts need to be updated manually. did it for 2 days than disabled. can't find help to stop this from happening. just want changes synces not all accounts. sad because it did work but a daily re-syncing of 1500 accounts from google to tbird is to much.

Very good address book, with a lot of advanced features: Merge, find duplicates, tabular view, manage many different address books, sync addresses with external service providers (Nextcloud and others). Have a look at the add-on Homepage to see all the features.

Das Add-On ist definitiv eine gute Erweiterung für den TB, denn das interne Adressbuch nicht diese Menge an Features.
Leider finde ich die Darstellung in einem kleinen modalen Dialogfenster sehr unschön. Das könnte besser gelöst werden. Hier einige Tipps dazu: * größeres Dialogfenster, * sinnvolle Sortierung der Felder (links Adresse, darunter Telefone, rechts Geburtstage, darunter Kategorien und ganz unten die Notizen).

Sehr gutes Add-on. Funktioniert sehr gut. So kann man seine Adressbuch vom Provider mit Thunderbird synchnronisieren.

Useful plugin. And works well with carddav. Also has a very useful "merge contacts" feature that should be part of the default thunderbird contacts manager!
One problem is that it overwrites keyboard shortcuts of other add-ons and does not let you change them. For example: CTRL+SHIFT+N is the keyboard shortcut to open the "Quickmove" plugin. When installing Cardbook this opens the "new contact" dialog which is really annoying... I can't open Quickmove and it doesn't seem possible to change this behavior!

Bonjour,
Super module que j'utilise depuis deux ans.
Malheureusement, depuis quelques jours impossible de modifier un contact ou d'en créer un.
C'est comme si une fenêtre s'ouvrait mais qu'elle disparaissait immédiatement.
Je suis allé sur GitHub et j'ai téléchargé puis installé la version 93.3
Ma version de Thunderbird est la dernière à priori, la 115.8.1
Auriez-vous s'il vous plaît une solution à ce problème ?
