Added to Thunderbird with no problems at all using the add button.
Gives a nice clean looking button on the right side of toolbar and an easy to understand interface for filtering and managing mail.
less than 2 minutes later nearly 4000 emails deleted and unsubscribed from over a dozen lists with just a few clicks.
Definitely worth installing.
