This add-on is amazing. I just wish there was a corresponding smartphone app. I also think there are some things that could be improved, but overall I have been using this add-on for like 3 years now because it's that useful.

I've been using ReminderFox for literally years (at least 7) and I can't manage without it as I'm at my PC all day and use it to remind me of stuff like deliveries arriving as well as the social diary. Just two things would improve it - smartphone syncing (currently I have to copy stuff over manually to my phone) and at year-end displaying next year's reminders instead of only up to 31 December then having to click through to next year to display reminders from January onwards. The last one is surely a tiny tweak for the developers!

I'm using the latest version of the addon and To-Do's are buggy: their notification popups don't display notifications even if I enable "Show alarm popup" on them, and every time I restart Firefox, the option "Show in tooltip" gets enabled in their properties even if I disabled it (yet they don't show up in tooltips). Please fix these issues, they worked correctly in previous versions.
Also, why on Earth were the tabs for switching between "Reminders" and "ToDo's" replaced with a drop-down list? The tabs were superior, as you just clicked on the corresponding tab; now you have to click on the drop-down list, move the cursor to the corresponding menu item, and click again. It's not something major, but it's weird that such a change that is clearly for the worse was made.

Useful tool. Thank you. After recent updates, seems to be taking reloading conniptions (spinning circle), causing the add-on bar to dance like a drunk goblin, but only on Windows and only on one machine, so there is a conflict with a recently-updated add-on in conjunction with the update to 16.0.2 . Had to disable for now.

Disabling the add-on and restarting Firefox, then re-enabling and restarting FF again seems to have tamed the goblins.All good...

It's no more working after the latest update of FF. This is one of my fav addons, though. I used to use it all the time. I don't see any way to downgrade FF too.

Is it possible to show the clock instead the icon? I mean, that the clock showing current time will be an icon. At first the clock is semantically very close to Reminder. At second the clock is always usefull. And this will be very elegant and nice! The event itself can be indicated by color of font or background. If it is possible to choose between clock (time) and date - it would be greater

I love Reminder Fox I wish I could use it outside Firefox .
It's the only reminder service that has everything I need apart from not being available outside of my Firefox browser.
The pop-up reminders pop up when they should and are not annoying at all , in fact I like the little cute fox popping up and reminding me what I need to do that day. I've set it to pop up every hour when I'm online.
Since using it organizing my life/ appointments and what-not is alot easier and I'm not forgetting important stuff ( I'm very forgetful person ). I find it very easy to use and set reminders using reminder fox.
I just have 2 issues 1) I wish I could set up more than 1 alarm for each reminder although the hourly pop-up-serves as a reminder it would be nice to beable to set more than 1 alarm as an extra reminder for the very forgetful person like myself.
2) my other issue is I really really wish I could have it on my phone and then beable to sycn my appointments between my Reminder fox in my Firefox browser and my Reminder fox in my android phone that would be great , but if I was to have reminder fox on my mobile phone it would have to run outside of Firefox because I don't have Firefox on my android phone.
Even with these couple of issues I still give Reminderfox 5* because it's great at what it does and my fave reminder / calender app by far.

This is one of my favorite extensions. It has saved me numerous times of forgotten Wedding Anniversaries, Birthdays and other appointments that my Wife would never have forgiven me for, if I had forgotten. So Thanks ReminderFox, You come highly recommended.

I sure wish it would NOT move items in my ToDo list to the top every time I edit an item. I position the items in the ToDo list in a specific order and really find annoying any edit of the item forcing the item to top of list every time.

Great addon...seems to provide a lot of options.
However I wish it was more intuitive to use.
A few bugs in v1.1 are:
* the reminder window that opens while selecting add a reminder from the context menu is modal, I can't select anything from the webpage
* on click of status icon, edit --- previous view option is no longer there
* The network component is really awesome. However, it falls short on the password management end. It stores password in the firefox's password. If I set it to automatically synchronize reminders, whenever I start FF, it asks me for the master password that I have set. It should not be the case. Also there should be an option to set frequency of auto synchronization.
* When clicking on More >>> button in the add reminder window, it resets the window size to the default one.

You have a lot of potential...just try to make the addon more intuitive to use and you might wanna integrate some GTD techniques (Getting Things Done) into this to make the most out of it.
