Very nice add-on. Your short instruction guide worked directly.
However, I agree with the others, that it would be great when users without a birth year are displayed as well.

I agree with another user: The birth year shouldn't be mandatory. I don't know the birth year of a lot of people, so I have to make it up.
Would be great if it would work with just day/month.
Reminders would be great too!
Otherwise it's a great add-on!

Just installed this and it works great, is there anyway you can adjust so the Anniversary part of the contact will also show in the Calender?

Works flawlessly with Lightning 0.9, very useful. Does not work with Lightning Inverse 0.9.7. If you already installed the Inverse edition and get an error at startup, then you will find ThunderBirthday deactivated and your birthday calendar vanished. Re-install 0.9 again, and your birthday calendar will reappear. If you prefer to stay with Lightning 0.9.7, remove your birthday addressbook first and then install 0.9.7 again.

I have been using this extension for a long time now and it works great. Only 'gripe' I have is that it does not work with the Lightning Inverse Edition 0.9.5

Hopefully this extension will be working with LN1.0 soon after that has been released.

Hi like this tool. Works perfect for me.

Only thung i'm missing is that the wedding-day isn't displayed in the calendar.

Is there another addon for this?

also erst mal danke für das Tool. Hast du momentan Planungen für Erweiterungen, z.B. das man auch gewarnt wird. Oder ist das jetzt auch schon irgendwie möglich?

muss ich vorher was anderes installieren?
und was tut es dann... mir auf meinem pc n hinweis geben wer geb. hat?

sehr schönes tool.
ich habe mit birdiesync die Geburtstage mit meinem ppc synchronisiert. Es wird leider das alter aufm ppc nicht antzeigt. :(

I did! In fact, I uploaded a new version already more than two weeks ago. The thing is that Mozilla didn't approve it yet. Unfortunately, I can't do anything about it.

Lightning 0.9 und ThunderBirthDay 0.2.8.1 laufen perfekt zusammen! Dies allerdings erst nach einer kleinen Panikattacke: nach dem lightning-update, welches mit dem Rausschmiss aller Geburtstagstermine aus dem Kalender verbunden war ... Übrigens ist bei mir die Aufforderung "Thunderbird neu starten" nach einer add-on-Installation nicht korrekt, denn erst nach Neustart des Betriebssystems wurde die software richtig installiert.

Also ich liebe dieses AddOn,
aber Vorsicht seit dem letzten UpDate von Lightning läuft das AddOn nicht mehr.
Ich hoffe verzweifelt dass auch hierfür bald ein Update kommt.
