- Added "Add Dial" dialog. Just click on an unassigned dial.
- Added "Modify Dial" dialog. Right click on a thumbnail and choose "Edit".
- Added alert when user is about to overwrite Speed Dial entry.
- Thumbnails can be reordered by using drag and drop. Also, dropping a URL on a thumbnail will assign it to that dial.
- Added background browser that will refresh the thumbnails. The refreshing interval can be editor per thumbnail.
