this was one of the best addons until the auto hide feature which activates on its own, and is very annoying. please remove this.

I agree, turn off the Auto view as default. It's just annoying and almost useless since it can appear with ALT as well..

I've been using this add-on for a while now and it worked great up until the latest version. The Auto View is driving me insane! Please either turn it off altogether or at least make it an option that you can disable. The sensitive area seems very buggy and unpredictable. I preferred the previous version!

I have just disabled it. I hope an update appears soon.

works just as stated, it hides the menu bar and you can invoke the menu by hitting .

Notified author of a bug in which sometimes the menu bar becomes visible shortly after a tooltip appears.

No me gusto la ultima actualizacion en la que si tengo el mouse en la parte superior aparace la barra, ya que a veces al hacer click uno piensa que va a dar al boton de atras o al de inicio o a cualquiera y de repente aparece la barra, esto a la larga se hace molesto porque clickeas donde no quieres, me gustaba mas antes donde solo con presionar alt aparecia.

if you would read what the dev wrote you will see the following:

about:config
* hidemenubar.autoshow=true
* hidemenubar.autoshow.delay=1000
* hidemenubar.autoshow.margin-top=5

So simply type "about:config" in your navbar (without quotes)
search for "hidemenubar.autoshow=true" and set it from true
to false. That will disable the autoshow feature! ;)

I absolutely loved this little unbloated addon that until the last update with the autoshow feature. It is extremely annoying and irritating and had me uninstall it to use another menu customizer. Please make the auto show feature optional or something as this is beyond annoying

Every time I press the Alt key to do something, the menubar jump out. it is better to change the hotkey from "Alt" to combined hotkey like "Alt+M".

ff3.5 occurs in short-term to display the menu bar when switching between applications on the Alt-Tab.

This is great extension does exactly what it says. Might you add the ability to show menubar with mouse proximity to it, I'll then give it a 5 star rating.
