I have Save image for years and now i got that error: "component returned failure code: 0x80520015"
I try everyting include format my pc but this dont back to work again. But for who it works thats a good addon.
This error code indicates that you do not have permission to write/modify to the folder where you are trying to save the images. Change the permissions for the folder and the problem should be resolved.

That's good addon, but nowadays, Keyboard Shortcuts make problems.
I set Keyboard Shortcuts but functions aren't operated. If I typed enter key, save images program operate!! except space bar, all keyboard button act the program lol! Why that program bothers me?

Не распознаёт картинки на phpBB форумах
для примера :
http://izhbazar.ru/gallery/album.php?album_id=85
http://youtu.be/zvoq--qytgY
no link images detection
for example:
http://izhbazar.ru/gallery/album.php?album_id=85
http://youtu.be/zvoq--qytgY
A lot of the images on phpBB are background images. To save background images, go to Options -> General and select "Save background images". The same for http://izhbazar.ru/gallery/album.php?album_id=85.
I was able to save images from both of these sites.
YouTube does not display images but rather the first frame of each video, which is not recognized as a image and so cannot be saved.

It's what I just looking for for a long time.
However, it still has a bug for non-English user. If the save folder and the Tab's title contains UTF8 characters, the addons doesn't work well.

Must Have - in fact FF should include in it's beta. IT WORKS 100%. I have never had a failure nor complaint.
My best advice: GET IT NOW !!!

Instantly becomes an indispensable tool.
Only 4 stars because of the error in the dialog box to select links. It doesn't correctly indicate the number of links checked. It would also be useful if the links were numbered, so that the tabs could be opened as a "batch" on pages that contain too many links.

Very useful. Love it! It would be better if there is an option for "Save All Image Links on the page"

Absolutely awesome extension! I've tried numerous extensions on both Firefox and Chrome, and this add-on leads the rest by a LARGE margin! Thanks a lot to the developer(s)!

great addon! just one thing, how about a "use tab name as folder name" option?
"saving the images from cache" takes as long as loading the images on the webpage. does it really save from cache?

It would be nice if the add-on had the option to save only the largest image on the page (largest in terms of dimensions). I frequently download pictures from pages that have one large image on the page (the featured image) and then have a bunch of thumbnails at the bottom that show the pages before and after. Also, who wants to download all the graphics on a page along with the image you want? If this change were made, it would be perfect for me.
I just figured out that I can specify a minimum image size, which is doing approximately the same thing. I've just upgraded my rating to 5 stars. Thank you.

Utterly and completely useless on 5.0.1 on Mac. Every menu item opens the options window with no way to save or close it. Must restart Firefox. 1 star because I couldn't give zero.

i was heartbroken when i was forced to run a different operating system that didn't support this add-on. The ability to save all images to the left or right of current tab makes this a daily time-saver for this image heavy blogger/collector. The first thing i did when i got my new computer was to look for Save Images ... for some reason i wasn't able to find it, and i was so happy to come across it again today. There's nothing that compares! 5 plus stars
