left click could be put to use, such as to enable/disable RefControl

UPDATED REVIEW...
there's problems with the toolbar icon not adhering to size preference. often when i load FF the icon will appear larger than it should be, despite having small icons selected in preferences. the icon returns to normal size only after going to a domain. also, i see no difference between 3D and standard icon in the extensions preferences.

major annoyance: this extension blocks redirects with no option to disable except on a site specific basis. FF already offers the option to warn you of redirects, so why this is being duplicated in RequestPolicy i do not know. perhaps the author has a good reason, but at the very least there needs to be an option to disable this annoying behavior.

UPDATE: the advanced policy manager is a pain. it would be a HUGE plus if one could simply create a new policy for a website(s), then change the settings in the UI and apply the new settings to the policy rather than having to research property/method stuff that many users could care less about (me).

nice tool, simple, easy to use.
as for those referencing NoScript, yes, it does work with NoScript and no, this is NOT a replacement for NoScript.

good start, but missing badly needed features. missing:
- white list/black list
- change prefs WITHOUT reloading page
- enable/disable with left click (right now you get same menu with left or right click - redundant)
RefControl
Rated 2 out of 5 stars
good, but why can't you enable/disable it with a single left click like many other extensions?

People need to do their own research, not rely on what is spoon-fed to them and i see this as yet another spoon of which there are enough of in mainstream media. Furthermore, what is to stop unethical people and corporations and governments from spamming this technology with false claims/disputes and how does the end user know who is making or disputing claims?

been using this ext. for quite a while (probably getting close to 2 years) and i like it - i think it's the best feed reader of them all by a wide margin and i've tried probably all of them. however, here's where i think it falls short:
1) it only checks one feed at a time, so if you have allot of feeds (i keep over 100) it can take quite a while if you refresh all.
2) you can have a directory structure of sorts, but you cannot create a directory within a directory.
3) adding/deleting/renaming folders and feeds is not as intuitive as it could be - i'd rather see a familiar file manager approach where you can create/delete/rename folders and feeds from the context menu.
4) unlike most extensions that force a new tab, this one doesn't.
really though, it's a pretty sweet extension. at first i didn't like the layout because it uses a tab instead of just the sidebar, but after using it a while i can see that the layout is perfect for a serious feed junkie.
RefControl
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
been using RefControl a long time and really like it, but it would be nice to easily enable/disable via left click on the status bar button rather than having to r-click and choose from menu.

Ext seems to have some problems, or doesn't play well with others. Made changing tabs take much longer.

There was a bug in CG yesterday (filters weren't working properly) and i started exchanging emails with the dev. Today it is fixed!
