This addon lacks only one thing, posibility of reducing download transfer, sometimes i download big files and they take 100% of my bandwidth and cause of that i cant do anything in the background, no web page viewings, no game playing. It would be great to add manual control over bandwidth limit.

This suits my purpose exactly. I need to download many PDF files from a Council planning application site for us to then review in a meeting. Using the internet during the meeting is not a good idea. I have therefore designed a web page that automatically gets the links to all the required documents. All I have to do then is tell DownThemAll to go and get them. The saved web page plus the documents is then reaady for the meeting.

When I download with dTa it downloads at the same connection as I do without it for some reason. Anyone help?

but after installing F3 it reports lots of size mismatch errors and does not download in those cases.

Like the guy right below me, I can now only download the thumbnails and not the full-size pictures behind them.
What gives? With the old version, I used to be able to it but since you added a new version, this capability is gone!

I use to use flashget (Jetcar) and I have to say, this is a perfect replacement. It does all the management options I am use to. It does multipart downloading, if the server supports it. It does resume (again, if the server supports it) and it also allows you to designate where a file goes by the type of file it is.

for images which is what I want. But can it automatically open jpg images that you normally have to click on to open? (in javascript)?
