I love this extension, but I'm having a problem since the recent update. At home I have my Gmail password stored, but at work I don't. I only had it stored for the active Firefox session. Now, however, when I enter it upon starting Firefox, although it seems to remember it and hows me email updates, it then no longer redirects to the Gmail webinterface which again asks me to prompt for the password. As if some sort of cookie is missing. Not sure. If that wasa fixed (worked in previous versions) I'd be a very happy man indeed!

Excelent extension por keeping up to date of unread mails!
Version 0.5.x worked for me better than 0.6 (the latests doesn't show labels for unread mails, and multiple counts are shown with multiple labels at status bar, I have Firefox 3.5.5)

I can't say I've ever experienced all the bugs that people have noted here so I'm pretty happy with this extension.
Since moving to FF 3.6 however I have two icons in my status bar and it's very annoying. Hopefully there's a fix?

このextensionを作ってくれてありがとう!
他のgmail notifyなextensionは何故かログインに失敗したけど、このextensionはログインに成功した。後はメールが来るのを待つだけです。

I'll first start out by saying, I can't live with out this add-on; and I greatly thank you for developing and supporting it.
I just have one question:
Just as Jed53 mentioned I really loved the way it combined multiple accounts into a single toolbar button (which I located right next to my google search) and would show the one that had email in it, is there currently a way to do this with 0.6?
Having multiple toolbar buttons for the 8 different gmail accounts I have just isn't working :)

I find previous version much better : Just one button in the tollbar for all my Gmail accounts ! Now I have one button per account.
Hope I'll find another addon which will do that.

Two requests, though:
1. Please enable opting-out the unread label in the hover popup. My 800x480 laptop only shows labels now.. (I have dozens of labels, but viewing them in a notifier context seems useless to me.
2. New popup for new mail is way too short to view. Even if I move back and forth in the list, mail switches to next message preview automatically after about 1 second.

THE TOOLBAR ICON IS STILL AVAILABLE
go to Tools > Gmail Manager > Options > Accounts > Modify
From there you can specify whether or not you want it to appear in your toolbar or status bar.Try to be more civil in your discussions and criticisms. People work hard for free to bring Gmail manager to you. They don't owe us anything. If you are that displeased with it, you can modify the source code. It is open source after all. Thank you Todd for your wonderful app and hard work.

I moved my icon from the statusbar to the toolbars and now I cannot seem to move it back down to the statusbar. I can move it around to different toolbars though.

Oh, and I can't downgrade because I get a message saying v. 0.5.7.5 can't be installed because it's not compatible with FF 3.6. :-( Hence my frustration!

The latest update removed the toolbar icon. Please bring it back!!!
I love Gmail Manager and use it every single day. I'm sure going to miss that toolbar icon if you don't bring it back soon :-)

the 0.6 version addon is compatible with the firefox release, BUT it will make my browse really slow to open even one page, and sometimes firefox will just freeze with on response.
after i switched back to 0.5.7.5 and it works smoothly.
great add-on, keep up

Disappointed with the newest one because it doesn't switch to an account with mails in it. When I right-click, to see all my accounts, it shows that there's been mail in one of them, but it never switches to it, like it used to in the older version.
I'm on FF3.6 and GM0.6

....I just d/loaded the new version.....I'm dissapointed for the time being (left click on the deactivated envelope opens a new tab instead of the old pop up sign-in window and I always get the "wrong username or pass" message)
I'll return to the previous version for now and wait for this one to be fixed

¿Where is the toolbar icon? ¿Why remove a feature in a new version?

First of all I agree with sateev, this is a free (or donationware if you prefer) extension so you should be civilized!
For me the extension is working fine, I don't have any log in problems, if you're having problems report to the developer in a kindly manner.
Personally my only complaint is that I don't like having one icon for every account in my status bar, I would really like to have them merged again (or just add an option for this).
