Excellent addon. Is there a way to change the bold font for unread items in list view? It renders somewhat blurry on my system.

Embedded audios are not shown. I can only see the embedded audio widget by entering the options and then (change anything or don't, doesn't matter) returning to the reader tab. Then the audio widget shows up. "Show embedded content (videos) of articles *" option has no effect whatsoever.

Anyway, aside from this bug, absolutely fantastic add-on. I use it as a google reader replacement, and love it. Thanks for the work you put into it.
p.s.: Nope, it's Firefox (Firefox ESR 24.6.0 to be precise). I don't use Thunderbird.
It seems to be a bug in Thunderbird. (it works in Firefox)
You could use the beta version (of Thunderbird) to avoid this problem.
RE: Same problem with Firefox. You may use a more recent version.

PS: It is writen in the introduction that the addon support Chinese. I have no idea that the UI can be in Chinese or just support displaying Chinese contents. but never mind--I read English well.
Yes Chinese was supported in previous versions but it was not updated for the recent releases.

Bonjour super rss reader, bravo et merci !
il y a une seule feature qui me manque c'est au bouton droit sur une image avoir dans le menu "copy image URL" car je me sers des flux rss comme source d inspiration et stocke donc les url des images.
j'ai codé cette feature en fait dans mon install de bamboo, pour faire simple j ai rajouté un menu item dans le menu contextuel qui appelle apres dans links.js une fonction onCopyImageLocation qui prend le meme parametre que onBlockLink mais qui copie dans le clipboard comme specifié ici : http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=2166191 ca marche nickel, j ai mis mon code zippé ici si ca sert a qq chose (j ai peur des updates en fait qui vont ecraser mes modifs evidemment) http://www.binarymind.org/bastien/bamboo-copyimageurl.zip

c'est une bonne idée de vouloir apporter cette fonctionnalité.
Uniquement Thunderbird est concerné car Firefox propose déjà ce menu et cette fonctionnalité n'a pas de lien avec un lecteur de flux.
Je pense donc qu'il faudrait créer une extension spécifique. Voir https://addons.mozilla.org/developers/

Merci pour ce super boulot!! mon premier lecteur de flux RSS et je ne compte pas changer! =p
J'adore le nouveau design de l'addons, très sobre et personnalisable!
Je l'utilise sur Thunderbird, et je rencontre un problème de mise à jour de mes flux, en effet celle−ci ne se fait pas automatiquement au démarrage de Thunderbird (j'ai pourtant cocher "lancer la premier mise à jour au lancement de firefox")
Est−ce normal car j'utilise Thunderbird?

Bonjour,
Votre module est génial.
Je m'en sers beaucoup pour suivre mes actus mais aussi pour synchroniser Thunderbird avec Firefox avec l'export.
Et oui, j'aime beaucoup Mozilla.
E j'en profite pour poser une question ou faire une suggestion: avez-vous envisager une synchronisation des flux RSS entre FF et Thunderbird ?
Je pense que la simplifierai beaucoup la vie mais cela pourrais faire doublon.
Je me sers beaucoup de Thunderbird pour le boulot et je ne suis pas tout le temps sur FF. Donc pouvoir synchroniser les flux, les messages lus ou non...serais un veritable plus.
QU'en pensez-vous ?

Vous pouvez utiliser les mêmes données dans Thunderbird et Firefox en sélectionnant un dossier commun dans les options "Fichiers" du module.

Hope you will fix this once great add-on - it was perfect before you went all uselessly "minimalist". If you have lot of news feeds it's now quite useless..

When Apple took away the ability to download my RSS feeds directly to the Mail app, I tried so many feed readers it almost made me dizzy. And many of them cost something, maybe not much, but something.
It wasn't until someone recommended Bamboo that I finally found a reader I could work with - clean, sharp, elegant, and dead easy to learn. I like being able to group my feeds, and I like that it will check for me at my choice of intervals, plus give an alert when there's new items.
As is my habit, once I've tried a new add-on and determined that it not only lives up to its hype but is also a good fit for me, I made a donation to the creator. Thanks, Julien - I like your work!

I love this reader, but I want to request a config option to scale the font in the articles pane. The only way to change it currently is to use the browser's page scaling, and that doesn't persist between reader sessions.

Après avoir longtemps essayé de m'adapter à la 2.x, je baisse définitivement les bras pour les raisons déjà évoquées ci-dessous, la nouvelle ergonomie semblant être adaptée, et ne se justifier (?), que pour un usage sur du tactile. Félicitations pour le travail accompli cependant, et retour à la 1.9 (qui mérite ses 4 étoiles) avec désactivation de la maj. de cette extension en laissant les autres en automatique.

Pour les CSS, je voulais parler d'une feuille de style spécifique à Bamboo.

i think author forgot the link for 'previous page' it has 'next page' but nothing to return the page before.
it has 2 links for 'already read' it only need 1 in the top. i think the other in the bottom is not necessary.
The previous page button will be added in the next release.

So glad to see the refresh and mark-read buttons displayed on every feed, including all-feeds. Keyboard scrolling works in the content pane now. And I actually like the new, less stark theme. Bamboo now fits my reading flow like a glove with less clicking. The only things I can think to ask for are longer intervals (every 8 hours?) and/or scheduled updates e.g. at 9h every day.

I have tried to work with the recent update but I just can't take it any longer. It takes me twice as much time to do the same thing before. Until the return of a usable UI I'll find something else to use.

One star left for still being the awesome addon it always has been -- loosing the other 4 for creating an unuseable interface in v2.0. Everything is too big!
