Very useful tool, especially if you spend most of your time on firefox! It still needs a little bit of tweaking though, as said so in the comments.

Cool extension that needs a "little" enhancement to be perfect : a ReminderFox Server, to share reminders between computers, like what do foxmarks for bookmarks.
here is an example : i add some events at home, i close firefox, ReminderFox sync with its server, later at work, a get notified for upcoming events. and if i use another browser, i connect to ReminderFox server to see my events in a web page. Thats all. easy :p
good luck.
Hi Morrocan, you can indeed share your calendar between multiple computers and versions of ReminderFox. Check out: http://reminderfox.mozdev.org/faq.html#s6
Hope that helps.

I never believed my brother that this reminder program he created was any good. Well finally becoming a Firefox convert I decided to give it a go. Wow he designed one cool app. It really helps me where my brain fails ;) Good job bro and keep up the good work!

This is an incredibly useful extension, and very important to me throughout the day and throughout the year. Support is also terrific, always friendly and responsive. Not that it needs much support, but users occasionally offer suggestions and the developers are always welcoming and receptive to new ideas.
Incredibly way to install and to use.

This is my life scheduler now, and I'd be lost without it. Everything I need, all in my browser toolbar. And the regular improvements make it constantly better without it becoming clunky. I love this add-on.

I like this tool a lot! Clean and simple. Just what I need.
But I have some suggestions on how it could be even better. It would be great to also be able to take notes. I know it is possible to add notes to the reminders/ToDo's, but if the note is long the tooltip becomes huge which I find impractical. Thus it would be nice to have a tab where you could take notes. I imagine a list of notes on the left and text field on the right. When a note in the list is selected it's text is filled in the text field on the right. The text field could be edited directly, maybe also with some basic formatting like bold and italic...and maybe hyperlinks.
I am also missing a button to easily manage the lists.
Take a look at how it might look like:

i need to format my computer once in 2 months, I like this package but every tym i have make the list again.
It should have a system to save the data in a specific folder which can be saved and such hard work does nat have to be done again.
Hi Vikas,
Sorry to hear about the computer format - always painful. In the ReminderFox options, if you go to the File tab, you can select any location on disk to save your calendar file. Additionally, you can choose to export your calendar file; you could save it to another disk for instance.
Hope that helps.

A great add on, and highly recommended for those who forget things often, or just want to make sure you dont forget something important. I do have a few recomendations though.
1. To specify a start time and not an end time (like a meeting, or a car wash)
2. To make a reminder a one time thing
Other than that, it's perfect! However, its these things that keep it from me giving it 5 stars. Keep up the good work!
Hi there. Regarding #2, you can make a one-time reminder by making sure that the Repeat option is unchecked when you create a reminder. This will be a one-off, non-repeating reminder.
Hope that helps,
Tom

Really valuable extension. If I had to choose only 5 extensions, this would be one of them. I'd not get birthday cards etc on time without this.

This is great, helpful and fits in the browser nicely. The only thing is the times you set start and finish could be 15 mins instead of in hour slots.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.7).Hi there. You can select 15 minute increments from the sub-menu items that show for each hour slot. Additionally, you can type in any time (hours, minutes) that you want into the start/end times. Hope that helps. Tom

Love it. Perfect! Small, simple and functional.

Pretty nice. It is basic, yet offers pretty much everything you will probably need (i.e. without frills and useless features to bulk it up). It saves me from installing and running a separate package such as Rainlendar.
Only request: I wish there was a bigger, clearer version of the calendar, maybe with a better indication of the day "contents" than just colouring. And if that was done, an extra button option to add to the toolbar to display this larger calendar (because the Windows XP calendar sucks to browse months and years).
I still give it a 4 out of 5 right now, because it does what it says on the tin, and I can't fault it on its current features.

It's perfect as a light weight calendar, however: The last update blow out the "MOVE AGAIN" capability on the Thunderbird right click menu applied to message headers. If I wasn't already hooked on this addon, I'd look for another similar one. Caveat downloader.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.7).Hi Jeff, This has been fixed in the ReminderFox 1.7.1 release.

I love this add-on it's so very useful. Just one thing though, I am having a little problem. I know it has to do with what theme I'm useing "Noia 2.0 (eXtreme) 3.38". Here is a picture of what the problem is.

Is there a way to make it so it doesn't do that? If not it's fine, this Add-On is awesome enough I can just ignore the problem.

I've been using this for over a year. It's excellent. Every time it gets upgraded it gets better. It doesn't get in the way like a full calendar system can, but is nice and simple and just works
