Message Header Toolbar Customize

This tiny customization feature is massively helpful. I cannot say enough about being able to choose and arrange which functions I can place and space and move around on the message toolbar.
I notice with some of the Tbird upgrades that the functionality stops....for a short while....until the developer makes the needed adjustment....and then with auto-update on, suddenly I am back in heaven.
