I found that if I uninstalled the add-on then re-installed it worked, well, partly... :) I couldn't select the arrows to manipulate the font size. So, I entered the number manually then hit apply and it worked for me via Thunderbird version 60 32bit.

Extremely useful add-on fixes a major flaw in Thunderbird, namely the ability to change the font size. Thanks Bzzz for keeping this working and fixing the glitches that occur from time to time. Please don't stop - some of us appreciate your work!

Great. After updating from TB 52 to 60, finding the previous version of this add-on didn't work and not initially finding this updated version, I thought I was going to have to go back to TB52 just to have the TB interface readable. Found this update just in time. This really is an indispensable add-on providing features Thunderbird should have built in (and it rather beggars belief that it doesn't). For me TB is not usable without this on a 1920*1080 laptop screen.

stopped working again with version 60 of thunderbird.

ps:

why thunderbird has no option to change font size of the UI is beyond me. we live in times of 4K monitors. are these mozilla coders dumb or just ignorant?

This is confirmed working in the latest version (56.2.1 as of this post) of Waterfox! Thank you for resurrecting this! Waterfox plans on keeping XPCOM/XUL classic add-on support, so please keep up the good work! There is still an audience for these legacy add-ons! :)

Merci pour l'info! J'en avais marre de cette extension qui ne marchait pas et j'étais à deux doigts de changer de logiciel de messagerie. Voilà, comme souvent il faut tout désinstaller et réinstaller la nouvelle version et ça fonctionne.
Je trouve aussi que cette extension devrait faire partie des fonctionnalité de base de Thunderbird

Décidément cette extension pourtant super devient pénible.
Obligé de remettre encore une ancienne version trafiquée pour éviter les 90 jours...
TFSC n'apparaît nulle part après la mise à jour, ni dans les menus ni dans la barre d'outil... RIEN...

En fait il ne faut pas passer par la mise à jour mais télécharger le xpi pour l'installer et là cela fonctionne...

Until this new version came out, I was unable to read the miniscule fonts in the menus on my laptop: solved! In addition, I've just used it to change the menu headings on my desktop to bold, and it is wonderful. Many thanks for making this updated program. This should be a standard feature of the Mozilla programs.

Hi Bzzz, hope you catch this (tried a new submit review to reply and it went to page not found !)

I'm on an older 45.8.0 version of TB. Can't update yet as need a newer mac OSX update, but putting off doing that as it'll cause problems for a filemaker database I use frequently.

May I ask which version you tried? The 64.3 here in Thunderbird repo is still waiting for approval from Mozilla - it's been 11 days...

I downloaded and installed the newest version this morning but I still don't see the ICON to set up the program. It's a great program but it's useless right now.

The extension didn't work this morning as it is an old source from Monday that took five days to be approved by Mozilla. Sorry, first time dealing with this system, didn't know one needs approval for every code push!

64.3 for both Thunderbird and Firefox is already submitted and it may take another few days for Mozilla to enable download. If you need a quicker fix, please visit wanhunglo dot com and download from there. Thanks!
