My Local folder used to be at the top, it's now 1/2 way down. I can only move accounts, or folders within accounts, but not the top folders.

Vielen Dank für dieses praktische Add-On. Endlich kann ich die Ordner nach deren Wichtigkeit sortieren. Meine Thunderbird-Version ist 52.3.0 und das Add-On funktioniert perfekt.

In case you have trouble figuring out how to use it, as I did: Go into the Options for the add-on. Choose the "Sort folders" tab at the top. Make an appropriate choice in the first drop-down field. Then (and this is the part I had trouble with): instead of the default "Use Thunderbird's default" in the second drop-down field, you must choose "Use a manually defined sort function." Couldn't get the highly rated Folderpane tools to work and found this add on. Works great.

It worked nicely for a while. Then, all of a sudden it made several of my main folders, sub-folders of the Trash folder and it won't let me move them out from there.

I really love this add-on and I truly thought that it had stopped working with the installation of Thunderbird 52.2.0. As it turns out, the issue I was having was caused by something else, so I am back in business. Thanks to the author for his hard work on this add-on.

Reordering accounts was the feature I needed and it works great and allows me to put RSS feed on top.

it works as it should be.
I have 48 accounts in Thunderbird and now I can re - order them. Great great great!

I was looking for sorting folders and subfolders within a folder to sort by creation date.
Looks like a good add-on, but not what I'm looking for...still I'm giving 4 stars as it does as advertised.
I will install again once above is feature is implemented.
