1.) When option "Select and put the focus on: the inbox folder in the folder tree" was activated, the inbox was not found.

Now also the unified inbox can be handled, i.e. the last message or the first unread message in the unified inbox can be found and focused.
(Known problem: When there are many messages in the inbox, the correct first unread mail message may not be focused.)
