Очень удобно, для быстрой переустановки всего Firefox! Экспортировал - Импортировал все пароли, тоже самое с вкладками и вуа-ля! Ждем с нетерпением обновления для 57 версии!

If you want to backup&restore your passwords in firefox 57, until the addon is compatible, just go to this folder:

C:\Users\YOURPROFILENAME\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
or paste this link in the folder explorer:
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

Open the "xxxxxxxx.default" folder and backup these two files: "key3.db" and "logins.json".

Now you can restore your passwords, just place these two files in the new "profile folder" created after installing firefox 57.

Jeden z mých zásadních pluginů ve Firefoxu. Jednoduše stáhnu do svého PC své přístupové údaje, jednoduše naimportuju. A nemusím své hesla dávat někam na net k někomu koho ani neznám - důvěru v různé "sync" nemám, už hodněkrát se různé společnosti dušovali jak jsou bezpeční, ale skutek utek.

Bohužel na FF 57 nefunguje a náhrada žádná.

J'espère qu'il y aura une mise à jour pour les <v57 Quantum..
Il m'a sauvé la vie aujourd'hui !
J'ai appuyé accidentellement sur TOUT SUPPRIMER dans le gestionnaire de mots de passe, sous Quantum du PC lors d'un nettoyage...

J'ai pu exporter, en XML sur un second PC offline, qui est encore en Firefox v56... Ouf !
Et puis réimporter sur ce même PC, et ensuite le mettre online, pour que FSYNCRO me renvoie tous mes mots login momts de passe.

Whenever my computer died in the past it was a week of calling websites and resetting passwords. No I can keep a document of all passwords easily exported using this plugin.

Password Exporter won't work in Firefox 57 because there are no password APIs ready yet. If they become available in the future, I will make it compatible.

when I export using this extension, then try to import the same exact file, I get "cannot import XML, parsing error". The same error I get with every XML file I try to import. CSV isn't any better, it's unable to import anything.

Hello Passwords I can not import from Google Chrome to Firefox. Despite the correct data CSV etc. Would be nice if I can. This saves me a lot of time. Sometimes this is necessary.

При экспорте, Если логины или пароли содержат русские (кириллические) символы, они не корректно сохраняются в UTF8. При импорте выскакивает ошибка.

I am using Czech localisation of FF. The export of PWs into XML is working. The import utility is problematic as described, it is freezing and not reading anything (I have above 200 pws) or failing with XML Parsing error. I removed all special characters (which I found), but still no good results. I was not satisfied with it. The XML format of PW without garbling is easily readable in any XML reading application and the logins and PW could be easiliy read, so it is not very clever to keep this file somewhere.
