superb useful add-on!
have been using it for last year or so and now its impossible to live without it. For las so many months, I am not updating to TB 3.1. I hope that soon we will have a compatible version for this add-on for TB 3.1 as well.
Thanks a lot for such a wonderful add-on and thumbs up for all the good work that you do :)

difficult to live without this add-on! I hope it will soon "officially" support Thunderbird 3.1.

Mozilla should review sooner the version 1.0.2 (available at https://addons.mozilla.org/ja/thunderbird/addon/7148/versions/ ) that works with Thunderbird 3.1.*, OR I won't move to Thunderbird 3.1.*.

Stripping to bare address is fine for some, but I would like this to have the capability to replace formats to the way they appear in my address book, e.g.

bob@care.com --> Bob Care
bob care --> Bob Care
"bob" --> Bob Care
'bobbing' --> Bob Care
'bob@care.com' --> Bob Care

I usually search for emails by name and not email address & so in combination also use the Display Name / Sender Name addon.

Very useful. I didn't even know that the recipient can see how I call them locally. I often call contacts e.g. "Michael Microsoft Tech Department" to know instantly who this is. Now I see that all this time, they have been seeing this on their end.

I wonder why TB even sends this local information out. This tool is a MUST!

以前使用していたメーラーがこれと同じことを設定できたので、Thunderbirdでも同じ事ができないか探していました。
将来的にはThunderbirdの標準機能になって欲しいものですね。

いつもアドレスを再入力していましたがこのアドオンのおかげでそのまま返信できてとても助かっています。
