Congratulations to the developer. This application gives so much value to the browser that it should be part of FF core. I reinstalled FF56 when I discovered 57 considered it as obsolete. Are these FF guys really serious ?

Hi Michael, really great Add-on !!!
It´s the one I´m using most on FF. I was shocked when after the automatic upgrade to FF57 (forgot to disable on one device) the session manager didn´t work any more.
Would be great if you could post on your page whether you plan to upgrade the Add-on to FF57 or not and until when, then I can decide to wait.

It gives me more control over my formerly wonderful Firefox browser. I can't say how good it works with Firefox 57,0 as I have generally found that unless I have severe Firefox problems, it is wise to wait for the .01 version, such as 57.01.

One of the best add-ons, I use it every day.
Open tabs is better than bookmarks, I use bookmarks only as backup.
I get more creative when using open tabs and continue where was yesterday.
Session manager have saved me 99% after a firefox crash.

Use Waterfox where old add-ons still work!
I use the portable version, you everything wherever you go...
Waterfox is actually faster and more stable then FF57.

Dump FF57!

I miss it in the new mozilla version!
I definitely confirm many previous posts i.e:" Firefox without session manager is useless. "
I hope both sides (The Author and Mozilla as well) would hear our SCREAM!
Thanks in advance for restoration of glorious Session Manager
Otherwise the only solution for me is downgrade and use of the Firefox previous version.

One of those handful of essential extensions to Firefox, I have multiple saved sessions and rely on this add-on multiple times a day. Thank you for such an amazingly capable and flexible piece of work and I hope that something like it can be extended to 57+, because I'm not sure how useful web browsing will be without it.

Michael, your extension was one of THE BEST things about Firefox. I've donated before and, if you have time to update it, will certainly donate $10 again. If you don't then thank you for many great years with Session Manager. Without Session Manager, Firefox is dead.

Отличное дополнение, но НЕ РАБОТАЕТ С НОВОЙ ВЕРСИЕЙ FIREFOX QUANTUM.
Идиоты из Мозиллы не предупредили, что большинство необходимых дополнений в новой версии не работают. Теперь ищу выход, как откатиться назад с сохранением своих сессий.

Session Manager for Firefox is mission critical for me. It always was but even more so now. I don't go to any dodgy sites but still get caught by those quite scary hijacking, talking, ransom screens 1-2 times a week now. Just had one earlier. They're on FB posts. I usually ignore FB's 'Suggested Post' items. Occasionally I look at one. However, they are now directing me to those ransom sites.

It is only with using Session Manager that I can easily escape those things but not so with Firefox v57. I had to revert to version 56. At least that was easy enough to do.

BEST THING ABOUT FIREFOX and now it won't work with quantum. Am I going to have to use Edge!??!? As Tim Gunn says "Make it work!"

Firefox without session manager is useless. it is literally the only reason to use firefox and now i have to move to the ridiculous edge because of this. please make it available soon or just shoot yourself in the foot.
