Suddenly Speeddial doesn't work and I can't re-download it because it says the file on Mozilla's site appears to be corrupt!!!

I have had this on Firefox for a very long time and really love it. But I am having a problem with saving it for some reason it keeps going back to a different save. I use backup each day to correct it. !! But I will continue with this app because it's awesome.

Примерно раз в год случается так, что пропадают все группы и визуальные вкладки, как будто обновление было установлено только что. И восстановить все, что было накоплено можно только если память хорошая.

I have been using this for years on multiple computers, I work at a library and it has been on ALL public access computers we use and on my personal computers. I LOVE IT!!! Suddenly I cannot download it any more - what the heck??!?!? Please bring this back, I cannot find anything else that does what this does.

I extremely like it! I find it has been unverified now. I have to use it by disable "xpinstall.signatures.required".
Is your signature expired? Expecting the author to update his signature. Many thanks!
BTW, when I deleted and reinstalled it, I found using the link on "addons.mozilla.org" gave errors; and I have to use your homepage link to install it. It might also due to your signature. Please also check it. Thanks!

****UPDATE****
For months I've been downgrading Firefox after it updates even though I have my options set to DO NOT UPDATE so that I can continue to use this amazing add on but I'm at a point now where I can't do certain things for work using the outdated firefox so I'm saddened to say that I have no choice but to upgrade and say good-bye to speed dial. I hope this little tool gets updated so that we can continue using it.

I LOVE THIS ADD-ON
I've been using it for years and have made two small contributions in hopes that the developer will keep improving this tool.
I love that all my links and local files are at my fingertips. Being able to organize by groups and color code tabs is icing on the cake - now we just need the cherry on top!
A few years back I recommended adding the option to password protect tabs. This came to me after I loaned out my laptop and realized that one of the tabs had personal information that I would prefer not just anyone can access.
I hope the developer considers adding this option!!

I have been using speeddial for more than 10 years and loving it.
I now Have more than 22 groups each has 30+ entry in each and moving so many from one group to another I have accumulated some duplicates. I appreciate very much if you could add a function to remove or detect duplicate ones at your earliest convenience.

i would give 5 stars except this issue, to me is a major one
i keep a lot of different bookmarks, i find it annoying that when i add a new one, i want to place it alphabetically within the group ... and when i move the new bookmark to the desired spot, it is transposed with the one at the place i moving it to ... i don't expect that behavior ... i want it to move the remaining bookmarks over one notch
also, it would be really helpful to have a search field

If not for one or two things, I would be giving it 5 stars. But they are somewhat repetitive and annoying things. It would be so much better if when a new blank tab is opened, the speed dial url (/speeddial/content/speeddial.xul) would be highlighted or someting, so that as soon as I start typing, it is replaced. As it stands now,the cursor is placed at the end of the url, so it always results in a 404 page unless I remember to delete the speed dial url first. Since I, as I'm guessing a LOT of people do, use the main url bar to search from, this would speed up my browsing significantly. the other issue I have is that whenever I do search from the url bar of a blank tab, it spawns another new tab instead of just using the tab I'm typing in. Opera's speed dial, which is what I used for many years, worked the way I've mentioned and I would love to see this speed dial make those upgrades.

It works great, and it is fully customizable too! But i'd like to know where to find the configuration file used by this addon, i'd like to be able to sync it automatically using dropbox, in this way i could share my speed dial list with different computers.
