It worked fine in Thunderbird 68.9.0
I didn't need to change anything. The extension added two new options in the menu to add your signature at cursor position or at the end of email.
Simple, but great and a really needed addition

Probably abandoned... settings page don't work, signatures don't work.... actually nothing works.

Ja, sieht wirklich nach einem guten Add-On aus, aber die Einstellungen funktionieren nicht. Nach dem Klicken auf Extras / Add-On-Einstellungen / Add Signature wird eine Meldung angezeigt: Datei chrome: //myextension/content/options.xul wurde nicht gefunden.

Thunderbird-Version 68.8.1 (64 Bit)

Looks like good add-on, but settings is not working. After click on Tools/add-on settings/Add Signature I get a message: File chrome://myextension/content/options.xul was not found. Add Signature version 0.4.4, Thunderbird version 68.4.1 (64 bits).

Tb is now up to version 68.3.0. and Add Signature still isn't compatible. It would be much appreciated if this add-on could be updated to work with the newer versions. Thank You!

The Add signature' addons works fine for me (while the recommanded 'Signature Switch' addons failled to install).

You have to download it, then from Thunderbird menu 'tool(outils)/Addons(Modules complémentaires)/ in 'Extensions' and menu parameters "install from folder/file". Then restart Thunderbird.
