Changelog:

Autodetect NAT64 prefix with lookups of ipv4only.arpa. (Not quite RFC 7050-compliant; IPvFox can only autodetect NAT64+DNS64 setups where the v4 address is embedded at the end of the v6 address.)

A configurable list of prefixes can now be treated as v4 (defaults to 64:ff9b::, the standard NAT64 prefix).

The last two segments of IPv6 addresses ending in "::xxxx:xxxx" are now converted to v4 representation.

Some code cleanup; the minimum supported Firefox (Gecko) version is now 16.0.
