Very impressive little addon...great when having lots of tabs open...
just put in the tab bar and let your finger go to work!

It's useful for quick scrolling tabs, but it would be better for letting user change the scrolling speed.

This is a great idea by itself, but I cannot access the preferences window - it says something about a XML error. Manually editing options.xul and replacing all & with & makes it at least usable, though the dialog still has no informative labels.

Very nice, but would be better if preferences included something like scroll sensitivity or scroll speed. At my current mouse settings, scrolling tends to move through the tabs too quickly.

Good plugin, i used the maxthon browser before and search for the same tab scrolling function in firefox, this plugin does the same job.

But it has a bug in the configuration, it doesn't open the configuration window correctly. The window seems to open in background behind the ff addon window. I can't change to the configuration window and also it can't be closed anymore, i can only kill the ff process with the task manager in windows. (firefox version 3.0.4) The configuration can be changed on the about:config page.

A very useful add-on. I think it would be better if it provides other ways to switch tabs. For example, isteading of hovering on tab bar to tricker the fucntion, it seems more convenient to press a right-click and scroll the wheel simultaneously.

Cannot install in SeaMonkey 1.1.11 or .12 - get "Install script not found".

I'd contact the author, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this anymore.

Tab Mix Plus does have this ability, but it does not have the ability to stop at the end of the list of tabs and not loop. Neither extension has the ability to have a hotkey that allows you to scroll between the tabs by pressing a key and NOT having to hover over the tab bars. That would make this a 5 star extension.

Well the link just takes me back to the main page for this add-on which has no info that I can see about how to contact the developer .

My concern is that I cannot install this extension on Seaminkey even though it is in the Seamonkey extensions area.

I am using Seamonkey on Ubuntu 8.04. When I try to install I get the following:

"Install script not found"

How do I find out what's going on?

Maybe I am not getting something from the description. I think this feature is in Tab Mix Plus. So don't download if you use TMP. It is in the prefs, on the mouse options..

Very nice add-on but I would really use the funcionality to press alt (or any other key) and scroll ANYWHERE ON A PAGE to change tab. Scroll only in the tab-bar is nice but you always need to go to the bar. Changing tabs anywhere on the page could be more effective, what do you think?

Works really well, but I just updated to Firefox 3... If possible, could you make another version that's compatible? I found a working alternative (Tab Scroller), but I hate pressing alt at the same time to scroll through.
